Ganymede

Interesting facts
  • Ganymede is the largest natural satellite in our Solar System.  It is even larger than the planet Mercury (although it has less mass).
  • Ganymede is in orbital resonance with Io and Europa: for every orbit of Ganymede, Europa orbits twice and Io orbits four times.
